1.Essential -
- Web Based Product development.
- Microsoft.NET 3.5/4.0 ,ASP.NET,C#.Net
- Strong competence of MS SQL 2008.
- Frequent learning capability and adapt to an new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Real life Implementation of applying OOP.

2.Desirable -
-Json, Restful Service, CSS 2&3 and HTML 5 ,Javascript with Jquery is a
Bonus.
- Knowledge of Mobile development (Any).
- Working with mid size team is added advantage.
- Any personal implementation / involvement in the open source community is
a bonus

3.Interacting effectively with Development Lead, Peers, Business System Analysts, and Quality Assurance Professionals on project activities/deliverables/issues.

4.Able to see through code, troubleshoot and fix issues quickly.

5.Troubleshoot and maintain the existing applications.
