Salary: Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500 at the basic pay of Rs. 24900/- during one-year training and absorbed as Assistant Manager at a basic pay of Rs. 25650/-. Salary:
For Officers/ Engineers:

• Basic pay of Rs. 24,900/-per month   
• The Cost-to-Company (CTC), will be around Rs. 10.50 lakhs per annum inclusive of performance related pay (PRP).

For Assistant Officers/ Assistant Engineers:

• Basic pay of Rs. 20,600/-per month
• The Cost-to-Company (CTC), will be around Rs. 7.00 lakhs per annum inclusive of performance related pay (PRP).

Service Bond:

• For Officers/ Engineers: A service bond for Rs 3,00,000 (Rs 50,000 for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) will be executed to serve the corporation for a period of three years from the joining date
• For Assistant Officers/ Assistant Engineers: A service bond for Rs 2,00,000 (Rs 35,000 for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) will be executed to serve the corporation for a period of three years from the joining date
