• BE, Electrical/ Mechnical
• Minimum 60 % in SSC, HSC and in BE ( aggregate)
• Candidate waiting for final year result may also appear, provided had scored first class in each semester of BE

Other Criteria:

• Only unmarried MALE candidates. Ready to join immediately
• Age should be below 24 years
• Height should be more than or equal to 165 cms with sound physique 
• Weight should be more than or equal to 50 kgs.

2. Selected candidates shall undergo training at Enercon Training Acadamy for 5 months & then placed particular site at All India Level(remote areas).
