Providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction on a technical and functional level in resolving customer problems related to Pivotal products.

Problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, resolution and escalating issues.

Desired Profile :

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with thorough knowledge about MS SQL(2005 & 2008).

Understanding of IIS. Experience programming one or more of the following .NET (VB, C#, ASP), T-SQL / SQL*Plus
