Job Description :
In this position, the individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. The individual will prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products. In addition, the individual will plan the labor, schedule, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices, provides technical leadership to project teams in developing FW test applications, constantly review the FW designs to improve test coverage and efficiency, and test architecture definition.

This position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 0-1 years of related experience. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. The individual must be self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have also demonstrated ability to work well with people and have a proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. In addition, the individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
