1. Excellent programming skills in either C, C++ or Java

3. Creatively use their tech skills to solve business problems
4. Linux system development experience is a plus.
5. Multi-task
6. Quickly adapt to new development environments and changing business requirements
7. Learn new systems
8. Create reliable/maintainable code, and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems
9. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and orally is a key competency as is demonstrable skill as a self-starter
