- Fresher or experienced ( less than 3 years) in Design and development of interactive/high traffic web sites.
- See themselves as more than just developers - Innovators who can solve difficult problems and come up with easy to use solutions.
- Have SOLID Analytical skills.
- Be a self starter.
- Ability to work in start up culture ( fast paced, non hierarchial and less structured environment).
- Willing and have ability to quickly ramp up on other technologies as needed.
- be a great team player.
- Experience with Design Patterns and Agile Methodology.
Expertise in web technologies like Python 2.6/ Django 1.3.1/HTML5/ Javascript on linux.
Experience with UI development and compatibility with different browsers.
Desirable:
Working knowledge of 'C' or 'C++' is a big plus.
Web services using REST.
Database like MySQL.
Working knowledge of shell scripting.
