Sourcing Quality profiles through Portals, LinkedIn.

Building networks for closing positions.

Setting up interviews with the interview panel.
Candidate Engagement, Maintaining MIS reports
Liasoning with Business to ensure smooth transactions between Business and Recruitment team.
Candidate with some experience in IT hiring will be preferred.
Strong Academics preferably MBA in HR
Excellent interpersonal skills, should be persuasive.
Process driven and should be innovative
Good understanding of recruitment process
Good with MIS.
Should be willing to work and liaise with technical candidates and panelist
Should have a willingness to understand technology.
